Katherine Levine is a former Assistant State’s Attorney with several years of experience prosecuting a broad range of criminal cases. Katherine has successfully represented hundreds of clients in both state and federal courts, handling a wide variety of criminal matters. She is also highly experienced in collateral administrative proceedings, including driver’s license reinstatement.

JASON R. FISHER - Attorney
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Fisher built a distinguished career as a prosecutor, ultimately serving as a First Chair in the Felony Trial Division of the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, where he led complex prosecutions and helped oversee high-level felony matters.
Over the course of his prosecutorial career, Mr. Fisher gained rare, comprehensive experience across virtually every stage of the criminal justice process. He served in numerous divisions of the state’s attorney’s office, including Felony Review, Grand Jury, Preliminary Hearings, First Appearance Court, misdemeanors/traffic, and the Felony Trial Division, and held a leadership role as Trial Supervisor in Felony Review, where he was responsible for reviewing serious felony investigations and guiding charging decisions.
Mr. Fisher has handled and tried cases spanning the full spectrum of criminal offenses. His experience prosecuting some of the most serious crimes in the system gives him a strategic advantage in defending clients—providing unique insight into how cases are investigated, charged, and prosecuted.
